| Mô Tả Công Việc | |
| - Be responsible for sales maintenance, development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region to achieve given sales target - Plan marketing strategy and sales plan to implement and gain sales revenue, market share in the region. Manage customer account & sales relationship to generate profitable demand for company's products and services. - Support for direct sales engineer / technical support engineer in contractual and technical discussion with clients, ensure to come out with sales success, get contract signed within acceptable margin, customer satisfaction on our products and services. Position with revenue growth, and profitability, and building a solid base for the long term. Involve the management of the sales relationships and negotiation of commercial and sales agreements. - Deliver better inspired solutions with value design & manufacturing advantage, product quality and safety standard, engineering expertise to position as a competitive and attractive provider of PEB solution. - Work closely with Sales Engineer, Proposals, Engineering and Construction teams, to ensure profitability of projects undertaken. - Report to: National Sales Manager - Pre-engineered Buildings (PEB) Segment. |

| Kỹ Năng Yêu Cầu | |
| - Bachelor Degree of Construction, Engineering or equivalent - Familiarity to PEB procedures and QC tools. - Construction orientation, contracts, schedules, drawings, specification and execution - Project management skills along with project development understanding - Good communication (oral and written) skills in Vietnamese and English - Business support skills, PC and appropriate software (Word, Excel, Power point, ect) - Demonstrate business skills. |
