職務記述
  - To operate as Group Leader in the Machine Design Office, plan and follow up the Group / Office; activity, will answer to the Engineering Director
- Provide technical supports to related dept. of the company, guarantee related job to be done normally.
- Develop basic engineering for Worldwide projects coordinating a group of young designers for detail design.
- Contribute at the technological improvement of Danieli Group worldwide solutions participating at the projects provided.
- Resolve technical problems including design standards selection, design proposal and design information; confirmation.
- To follow up the preparation of drawings specifications, documentations, translation, etc. necessary for the machine development.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Manage and develop a dedicated team of mechanical engineers and detailers.
   
技能を必要としました
  - Diploma degree in mechanical engineering (metallurgical engineer will be preferred)
- Major in Mechanical design and manufacture
- To senior mechanical engineer.
- At least 5 years of progressive work experiences of which at least 2 years in managerial positions (engineering manager, group leader, etc.,) familiar with metallurgical design.
- Good knowledge on metallurgical mechanical product design.
- Proficient in Auto-Cad software, and MS Word, Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication, problem solving, coordination and organization skills.
