| 職務記述 | |
| - Provide software solutions that facilitate the efficient delivery of pre engineered cold form buildings. - Provide certification services to the Ranbuild dealer network for all buildings or certification of all standard and custom Ranbuild designs as well as contributing to the design, specification, development and optimization of products. - Provide technical support for both software and erection issues to the dealer network. - Provide quoting, drafting and detailing support for any emerging business opportunities that fall out side the standard pre engineered buildings. - Research & develop new products, continuously improve existing products, analysis competitors’ products as required. - Second-line technical assistance for customer orders that have engineering issues. - Input into sourcing/supply. - Ensure the structural integrity of the Ranbuild product. - Identify engineering issues for action and improvement. - Assist the Special Projects Team in the evaluation of special projects on an as need basis. - Report to: General Manager, Ranbuild. |

| - Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. - Vietnamese students who are Fresh graduate of Civil Engineering or with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Steel structure, Construction, Building Material, Engineering or Consultancy industry. - Good at problem solving, influence, priority setting and time management. - Having excellent communication skills (listening, speaking and writing) to be able to effectively communicate with other departments. - Currently has or has the ability to get registration for certification of buildings in all states and territories of Vietnam. - Fluency in English and Vietnamese. - Have a proactive and responsive attitude to customer demands, high business acumen and result oriented. - Demonstrated high level of integrity and initiative. - Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently. - Able to deal with dificult/ diverse people in a constructive manner. *** Benefits for the role: - Being the incumbent for this role, successful candidate will be trained about new technology in Australia from 18 – 24 months with our client; the candidate will sign the training bond with the company of 5 years minimum, including the two years in Australia. - Attractive Remuneration Package: (a) during training in Australia (b) on his/her return to Vietnam taking on the role of “Customer Solution Leader”. |
