Work on 15th Metro trade centre in Vietnam starts

Cash & Carry Vietnam Group on July 8 kicked off construction on
Metro Cash & Carry Nha Trang centre, the group's 15th wholesale
centre in Vietnam.

Cash & Carry Nha Trang centre covers over two hectares in Vinh
Trung commune, Nha Trang city in the central coastal province of Khanh
Hoa.
Reportedly, Metro Cash & Carry has invested in the first Cash & Carry wholesale centre in Vietnam since 2002. So far, the group is running 13 Cash & Carry wholesale centers in 10 cities and two disbursement hubs in the southern provinces of Binh Duong and Lam Dong.
Two Metro Cash & Carry wholesale centers in Nha Trang city (Khanh Hoa province) and Ha Long city (Quanh Ninh province) are expected to start operations in 2011.
