May 6 2010, Tu Hai Company Limited has been officially converted into Tu Hai Corporation (Uni-Bros. Group)
Tu Hai Corporation (Uni-Bros. Group) with its first registered capital of 30 billion Vietnam Dong is expected to raise capital to 300 billion Vietnam Dong immediately in May 2010.
At the moment, Tu Hai Corporation (Uni-Bros. Group) accelerate legal procedures after receiving Business License. Board of Members and Board of Directors of Uni-Bros. Group are preparing Business Strategy for period 2010 - 2015 and Investment Calling Scheme for this period.

After more than 5 years of operation and development, Tu Hai Company Limited is pleased to deliver its services and take part in big scale projects such as Tan Son Nhat Airport, Phu My Power Plant, O Mon Thermal Power Plant, Thi Vai International Port, North Approach Road – Nhat Tan Bridge (Ha Noi), ect. Now, for the purpose of continuous and sustainable development and in order to integrate with the domestic as well as international economy, we would like to announce the conversion of the form of operation as follows:
