Joint Venture Deed with Asian Real Estate Management Limited Signed

At 15:00 on April 1, 2010, Matthrew Wrigley of Asian Real Estate Management Limited (AREM) based in Singapore and Australia and Le Ngoc Anh Minh have signed the Joint Venture Deed, the fundamental agreement to execute feasibility study for establishing Uni-Bros. Investment Fund named UB Tiger Fund.
