Uni-Bros. Group and E.C. Harris inked contract for management of Investment Fund

On March 31, 2010, Le Ngoc Anh Minh, General Director of Uni-Bros. Group with presentation of Bui Van Sinh, Business Director has signed the contract for primitive management of Uni-Bros. Investment Fund which is named UB Tiger Fund with Mr. E.C. Harris
E.C. will provide full management services to Uni-Bros. until the Fund set up completed which is 6 months to come.
The first closing of the Fund is expected to be by middle of June 2010 with capital value of 250 million US$
